Follow These Simple Steps
- Review the “Hardware Requirements” to ensure you have the proper equipment.
- Begin the Internet Bandwidth speed test.
- Complete the online application form.
Once you have completed your application it will be processed and you will be contacted either by email or phone for a live interview. If you are chosen as a candidate you will go thru the online training orientation to become familiar with the computer software that you will be using to receive and place calls. The product and or service training will be done through the scripting platform that gives you the opportunity to role-play with your implementation coach. Depending on your skill level and job preference (whether you select a customer service or sales related role) the pay structure will vary.
